The Boozy Griffin Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding a recent booking made through your platform for the Boozy Griffin restaurant on 24th May at 8 PM. The entire experience has left me appalled and dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. To begin with, upon reaching the Boozy Griffin location, I was informed by the staff that there was no food available at the restaurant. Instead, they directed us to Simon Says as an alternative. This sudden change in plans was highly inconvenient, considering that I had already made a confirmed booking and had paid the booking fee in advance. It was too late to search for another dining option, so reluctantly, my party and I proceeded to Simon Says. The disappointment did not end there. Upon arriving at Simon Says, we were informed that only a few items from the menu were available. The scarcity of vegetarian options was particularly alarming, leaving us with limited choices and a lackluster dining experience. It was only through sheer effort and last-minute adjustments that we managed to salvage the evening. Such unprofessional conduct from both Boozy Griffin and Simon Says is completely unacceptable. As customers, we trust that when we make a booking through your platform, we will be provided with accurate and reliable information regarding the availability of food at the chosen restaurant. It is the responsibility of the restaurants to keep their customers informed, especially those who have made prior bookings. This entire episode has left me deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Zomato and the establishments involved. I have visited this pub last weekend (23rdJul22)with stag entry ie 1500. We have three member(1500*3). We didn't get any place to sit together. What is the use, we are not getting place to sit together in pub after paying 1500 each.  Hardly one seat are available here and there. So one person sit and other two person stand bar counter itself. Ordering food is another pain, u need to wait minimum 30min. Because of shortage of staff. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHR ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER and keep on selling tickets and getting inside more people, so 65-70% people only will get table and other can stand, no other option. Eventually finishing our 4500 rupees before closing the bar was the big task for us. One option u need to spend money for drinks only, if it is food u need to wait 30min minimum. DJ is somewhat good, but heavy volume. Still DJ part I can give positive review. Remember one thing before going to dance floor, after 15-20 min while u coming back your table will occupied someone. So finish your food and drinks and go for dance floor. After dance no gurentee you will get place for sit or stay back one person other can go for dance. Weekdays condition might...

Worst experience ever I experienced in clubs. A group of 4 local guys made me and my friend ( both girls) uncomfortable and were continuously harassed till the end of party. At a point we had an argument also with those guys and bouncers came and did nothing. We multiple times told the guys that we are not interested and to back off. The bar counter guy, waiters, bouncers everybody saw it and knew about it and did nothing. I visited a week back. Completely unsafe for girls. Anything can happen with you there if you are visiting in lesser numbers and only girls. At the end of party the bouncer was repeatedly telling me to go out as the time was up regardless of the fact that those guys were still there. In normal scenario the club would have asked the guys to leave in such situation. Pathetic experience. I am angrier on the club staff than on the guys. You will find cheapsters everywhere but the reaction and behaviour of staff was horrendous.

Because of this experience I wouldn’t dare to visit any club alone in Bangalore.
