Just being honest, I didn't really enjoy House of Commons. I didn't hate it, but I didn't like it. But let's start with the good things: 1. As advertised, it is a house of commons. Lots of different kinds of people all looking drink and relax with friends in a casual environment. 2. Good location. However, finding parking is tough. 3. It is affordable. Not mind-blowingly affordable, but definitely on the cheaper side for a bar in this part of town.

Now, here's why I didn't enjoy my time at HOC: 1. Food wasn't great. I only finished the food on my plate because I had payed for it, not because I was enjoying it. If I do come back to HOC I will be sticking to alcohol. 2. Furniture/decorations didn't leave an impression. If anything, the whole place felt disjointed and in an unintentional sort of way. 3. Ambience wasn't great. Walking down the stairs to the lower level, my first impression was that the place smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It was also quite noisy, I heard many people shouting in order to have face-to-face conversations with their friends, which is not ideal for a casual hangout spot. Music was too loud, and there was this incredibly annoying and persistent speaker malfunction for the duration of my time at HOC. When I notified our server, he just shrugged. Speaking of which, 4. Service was OK. Hard to get the attention of servers as they don't scan the room often enough. Language barrier was also a struggle.

Maybe my expectations were too high. The high ratings on Google Maps and Zomato made me confident that I would enjoy my experience at HOC, but I was unexpectedly...

House of commons, the house of great deals is Bengaluru’s fav watering hole and large area with a laid-back ambiance, supplying booze, bar and bites.

Visited here for a lunch on a weekend afternoon, the place easy to locate there is a valet available its a huge space with good crowd. The hospitality is really good i really enjoyed everything there its really a pocket friendly place. They really have skilled bartenders who prepare some potent drinks. Dutiful staff who are always willing to help and do their best to you.

Coming to food i had 3 to 4 starters •Junglee murg tikka is the boneless chicken marinated in a spicy curd mix and cooked in tandoor which so good in taste.

•Murg malai tikka is a clay oven roasted creamy chunks of chicken.

•Lemongrass murg tikka is a char-grilled chicken tikka with lemon grass flavour. And it the best one well all the meat was really marinated so well and cooked.

Main course I ordered mutton ghee roast with butter naan and chicken mughlai curry with zeera rice portion wise it was bit less but taste wise mutton ghee roast was the best The flavours of spices and ghee was really well balanced the mutton was really cooked well i would really recommend it to you guys! Come and visit House of commons.

Dessert I ordered sizzler brownie with ice cream both were really good in taste. Do visit here its really a pocket friendly place with good and humble staff where they will help u out with orders!

If you're in Koramangala and looking for a place to grab a quick drink before hitting the party scene, House of Commons might be just what you're looking for. Located on the busy street of 5th Block, this bar cum pub has a lot to offer. The first thing to note is that the corner seating area is the best seat in the house. From there, you can watch the hustle and bustle of the street while enjoying your drinks. Speaking of drinks, House of Commons offers affordable options, making it a good spot for a pre-party drink. However, it's important to note that the music here can get really loud. If you're looking for a quiet spot to catch up with friends, this might not be the best option. But if you're in the mood for a lively atmosphere, House of Commons definitely delivers. One dish that's a must-try here is the mutton ghee roast. It's flavorful and cooked to perfection. House of Commons has about 4-5 outlets in Bangalore, so if you like this one, you might want to check out the others as well. Overall, House of Commons is a good place for beer and small nibbles. It's a great spot to hang out with friends, especially during their happy hours. If you're in the area and looking for a fun, affordable place to grab a drink, House of Commons is definitely worth checking out.
