Sweet Moments — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I regret visiting Sweet Moments in Kammanahalli. Although the seating arrangement is fairly functional given the limited space, the overall cleanliness of the place was a major letdown. The dining area appeared neglected, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. We decided to try a few items from their menu, starting with the Raj Kachori, which was passable but not exceptional. However, the Rasmalai was particularly disappointing. It tasted off, and it seemed like the milk had curdled, which made the dessert nearly inedible. The lack of hygiene and care extended beyond the food quality. When we raised our concerns with the person at the billing counter, his response was dismissive and indifferent. This lack of customer care was frustrating, especially when dealing with issues related to food quality. They served a stale spoilt milk kalakand 222+GST through swiggy and cleverly have a no refund because they apparently make it according to "standards"! What standards!? Unprofessional and very low strategy. What about the customers who pay and buy food that had gone bad for what ever reason!? Surely government cannot place one food inspector in each shop every working day throughout every working hour checking every parcel sent! 1 star is also too much for a restaurant that can't own it's mistake as it's possible to such food go bad due to many reasons including their own storage...

Super happy with the dahi puri here. Really fresh and what impressed me most is the home delivery. Usually we get each and every element of the dahi puri separately in packets and we have to sit and put it together ourselves. However there is a smarter way Sweet moments did this. They added all elements and only sent the curd separately. The curd also had been mixed with the sweet and spice elements. All i had to do was pour the curd and eat. Which is what a customer like me would prefer.
