Definitely the worst Taco Bell I have been to.
I'm sure this is not specific to this outlet, but the latest menu design is misleading. The iced tea clearly looks as if it is listed under unlimited refills in the menu, but they refused me one saying that it was only for soft drinks. Either change the menu design or offer iced tea as unlimited, it doesn't make sense to pay 110 for a very small cup of pre-made iced tea.
The chicken quesadillas were pretty badly made. The middle was burnt while the sides were undercooked, and it was very soggy. Only the middle 40% had filling while most of it was just plain tortillas, and there was way too much chicken and not enough cheese, meaning that it tasted pretty dry and bland.
It was a similar story for the sriracha burrito that my friend ordered. The exact same burrito is much thicker in other Taco Bells, but in this one it had barely any filling and felt like eating plain tortilla.
The server asked us if we wanted guacamole dip with our meal, and we said yes thinking it was included or a cheap add-on. It cost 70 rupees! For the tiny cup of which had two spoons of guacamole. On top of that, the guacamole itself was terrible, with a little avocado and big chunks of onion, with nothing else. That is outright cheating, it should be at most 20 rupees and the server should not push us to buy it or at least be clear about the cost.
I humbly request Taco Bell to fix these issues, since it felt like I paid way too much money for bad food. I usually really like Taco Bell but this experience left me feeling like I shouldn't go anymore since there are so many other good Mexican and fast food restaurants in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am greatly disappointed with this particular Taco Bell. I love the food and its such a shame that the service was so incredibly abysmal.
a) You were allowed to pay only with cash on the counter, however they had no change. Now I'm no detective... but that is quite peculiar š¤...right?
b) I ordered a pepsi š„¤(ignore the straw). When I asked for a straw, the employee claimed that there were no straws. I was slightly confused, but I didn't think much of it. When the next table ordered, they were given TWO straws. I once again went back to the counter, for my refill, and politely asked for a straw. The employee then refused, again claiming that they don't have straws for pepsi, it is only provided straws for the lemon iced tea and milkshakes. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the other table ordered a pepsi as well, but also received TWO straws despite not ordering a shake or iced tea. Now listen, I'm not so petty, but this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDear Taco Bell Team,
I am writing to report a repeated instance of rude and unprofessional behavior by a staff member named Rajan at your outlet. On 1st June 2025, around 10 PM, we returned to claim a free Pepsi refill after about 3 hours due to work commitments.
Rajan responded rudely, demanding proof that we hadnāt already taken the refill and questioned why we came back late. This is not the first time weāve faced this issue he had previously behaved in a similar manner.
Itās disappointing to see such behavior repeated, especially from the same individual. I request that this matter be taken seriously and necessary action be taken to prevent such experiences...
