Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I’ve been a loyal customer at Taco for years, but I must express my disappointment with the recent decline in quality. Today, I ordered a quesadilla and big bell box, only to find them undercooked and lacking flavour and nearly inedible. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Thore, she dismissed my concerns instead of addressing them. It’s concerning that the staff are not receptive to customer feedback. Additionally, when I requested a reprint of my bill to leave feedback, Survi, the manager on duty, refused. Worst, pathetic, rude manager... If I had minus option I would be giving that to this dabba Taco Bell.This is on top floor of forum mall, kanakpura road. I love taco bell but here the experience was worst. its not even 2 months since its opened n i must say service and food both have gone bad. Ordered cheesy double decker taco and found cockroach in it. When I went to complain, everyone were so sorry except that bleedy manager. He said it's not our mistake and I have only put it inside.I said fine😡. Later he asked me what did I take in a high raised voice and gave me a bland rice after I asked for the same. Sort of disappointed with the overall experience....

Firstly, the cashier had no much patience to understand the order.. had asked for chicken Quesadilla but she had order veg one ..totally communication problem.. Secondly, waiting period was so much , I could see so many people around me waiting for their orders Lastly the most important foood... Had been served veg Quesadilla with coke.. OMG... the Quesadilla cost was around 80 but it was tiny in size ,that i had finished within two bites . Either the quantity of food needs to be increased or atleast the cost needs to be reduced..having paid for food and still completely hungry... Overall from my experience, no value for...
