Well, they sell really good idlis and dosas and if you haven't tried the place yet, do visit. Must try- Tatte masala idli and Ghee butter masala dosa... Only thing the cost is a bit higher compared to Rameshwaram (my go to place for idli-dosa), but having IDC in my neighborhood is a nice thing, for when I am unwilling or lazy to drive a few KM's. In my recent visit (12th Feb), I tried Rava onion dosa and Plain dosa. To my surprise, as compared to previous try, these were okish. A bit disappointed in fact. Plain dosa was a bit chewy and rava dosa was too oily. So to avoid: plain dosa and rava onion dosa Also, we asked for masala dosa, which they said was unavailable, while ghee masala dosa was available. This was weird as same masala filling is used in both. So revising my rating now., wrt food and service both. I would have better visited my go to place instead of taking a shortcut.

IDC is a brand that is renowned in Bengaluru for its authentic South Indian food. Visited the newly opened outlet in Falcon City mall, food court The restaurant centre is quite popular already with several food lovers thronging to try their offerings I tried the ghee masala dosa, podi thatte idly, vada and the jaggery coffee ☕️ The dishes are prepared absolutely fresh, served hot. The taste was really good, authentic. The ghee is generously added to the dosa and idly and the quality of the ingredients is up to the mark, which is homogeneous across all IDC outlets The only challenge getting a table in the food court during the weekend Would surely recommend trying out the South Indian food from here, you’ll surely love it👌🏼

Peepul…try this place in food court, forum mall. Tried rava dosa and coffee, at 9pm in night with heavy crowd, the owner + cashier was ensuring all customers are taken care and served. What’s more impressive about this gentleman was, when I asked for asked water bottle, he just took MRP of 20rs and with humbleness said “I don’t charge extra for water, ma’am”,…this gesture is simply applauding. Yummy South Indian food and coffee, must try.

Average food, slow service, overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food. The staff members here seem to be working hard during the weekends but due to their limited numbers, the service time and quality of the food seems to have taken a hit. The place can be tried once, if you're lucky you'll get your food quickly with the proper IDC quality.

They serve cold food every time. When asked about it they came up with an excuse that it is not hot but it is fresh and due to AC it has turned cold. Shouldn't they just mention it beforehand when the person is placing the order? Don't buy anything from here.

Ordered filter coffee with a lot of expectations looking at the crowd and also the brand name. But we were disappointed as it was not at all hot and just warm, if left for two more mins it would be cold.
