The experience was disappointing. The person at the counter was rude, disrespectful, and came across as completely clueless. His tone and behavior were unprofessional, and at one point, even verbally abusive toward his coworkers. He lacks good manners and does not come from a respectable family background . While he may appear polite at first glance, it’s just a façade — his attitude was unacceptable. Frankly, someone like this should not be in a customer-facing role. His position should be replaced with someone who actually understands professionalism and basic courtesy.

The food was average — not great, but not bad either. The only redeeming factor is that the prices are reasonable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the poor staff behavior alone. The management seriously needs to take responsibility, replace unfit staff, and improve the overall...

Good choice for vegetarians. Two pricing for same food i.e Self service is cheaper than sitting arrangements inside the AC room. There are ample space to sit or stand outside comfortable. Ample space for parking as well. Food Quality and taste is good. Long time they are still maintaining the same quality and taste as before. If you like paneer (cottage cheese) or mushroom then you should definitely try paneer mushroom fried rice. Enough quantity of vegetables they put in paneer mushroom fried rice. Another paneer item you can try that is paneer bhurji. Sometimes very rush hence need patience and it's worth it.There are still need improvements in sweet, chart and fruit juice items in terms of quality. Our bookmarked place for the days I crave neer dosa in breakfast. The place has a wide variety of menu but breakfast is the cherry on the top.

Neer dosa is an absolute delight. Masala dosa, upma, vada are all classics. They have a great many options in the seating place and fortunately I have dropped in when it's not jam packed. Just a handful of people enjoying hot vada dipped in sambhar, sipping coffee over their conversation in the bright morning.

No complaints in service as well. The place is hygienic and always being cleaned promptly.
