When the British first came to Kolkata, they had heard so much about its famous kathi rolls. Lord Culton, desperate to have one summoned Kolkata's best chefs to prepare a few of them for him and his family.

It is the very same kathi roll prepared for the lord that is being served here centuries later. The kathi roll you have here is not just a roll but a piece of history. Place is nice. Food is amazing and its open 24 hrs as well. Coffee and maharaja vada pav are great. I went again and was asked to place order online and pay first, then I was told that the dish I ordered is not available and my money won't be given back to me and I need to order something else. If it was not available then I should get my money back rather than being forced to choose something else as giving money back is not an option as per your staff. Too slow, too lazy, busy on phones, no care for customers and people in the shop. Why open an outlet if you don't want to cater to in store customers and only worry about online orders. No one would wait for 30 mins for a cup of tea! Still in the store and the store folks just want to avoid speaking to a customer.
