I would like to express my deepest dissatisfaction with the terrible experience I recently encountered at Urbon flavours. It was truly the worst dining experience I have ever had.

To provide some context, I had made a prior reservation at the restaurant before visiting. I had diligently called and booked a table for the evening with a requested time slot of 8:00pm. Considering I had made a reservation in advance, I expected a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

However, upon arriving at the restaurant at the designated time, I was appalled to find myself in an embarrassing situation. The staff informed me that they had canceled my reservation due to unavailability of seats. This came as a complete shock to me, as I had taken all the necessary steps to secure my dining plans.

Not only was I denied a table despite having a confirmed reservation, but the staff's response added insult to injury. Instead of offering a solution or any form of apology, they simply started convincing me to dine outside. This suggestion was utterly unacceptable, given that I had booked in advance and had rightfully expected a table to be available upon my arrival.

The entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated, humiliated, and disrespected as a paying customer. It was incredibly unprofessional and reflected poorly on the establishment's management and staff.

As a customer, I value professionalism, efficiency, and respect in any establishment I choose to dine at. Regrettably, none of these qualities were demonstrated during my experience at Urbon flavours.

I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as a reminder to the management to address such issues promptly and implement measures to prevent future occurrences. It is imperative for any business to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that reservations are honored.

In conclusion, my visit to Urbon flavours was marred by the unfortunate cancellation of my reservation, coupled with the staff's inadequate response. I sincerely hope that appropriate actions are taken to rectify these shortcomings and prevent similar incidents...

Beautiful Buffet..ONE OF THE BEST IN BLR Our Birthdays and Anniversaries are celebrated here. Variety and Value for Money at Rs 880 inclusive of tax. Main Course of Chicken Marinara a Mediterranean speciality stole my heart...succulent well marinated chicken in a fresh tomato n oregano sauce. I could eat this ALL DAY. Main Course Seafood Teriyaki with noodles filled with LOTS OF fresh veg stir fried broccoli 🥦 cabbage carrots green leaves 🍃 was SO REFRESHINGLY LIGHT AND HEALTHY . Food Quality: The variety of dishes offered was impressive, from fresh salads and pastries to hot entrées. The presentation was visually appealing, and the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful.

Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Plates were cleared promptly, and everyone was courteous and eager to assist.

Highlights: The live station was a standout — the chef prepared my custom order perfectly. I also appreciated the dessert selection, especially the mini tarts and fruit platters.
