Worst cake ever. I had ordered a cake on my son's birthday with avengers theme, 3kilo were 1.5 to 2kilo was thor hammer and hulk hand made of some strong hard material which was not eatable it was like we had ordered cake just to show. Secondly the guy at store dint allow us to see the cake n he had nicely packed n kept in our car as there was no time even we dint bother to see wats inside. Wen I opened the cake at hme it was broken the reason being is the hand of hulk was heavy which didn't have support and the layers on the cake were so hard and thick. Personally I had lot of hopes and they had given the assurance they will take care of the cake but it dint happen and last min I rushed to other cake shop and got one more cake. Never ever buy cake from this store. Don't ruin uo birthday...

While the website stated that the delivery window would be 10 am to 9 pm, a birthday cake has to delivered within a reasonable time. I had ordered at 10 am and the cake was delivered after 8 pm despite the order stating express delivery (!!!). And the customer contact center agent kept reminding me of the time slot instead of figuring out how to expedite delivery. And said that I could have opted not to order if I needed it early! Scam! I had ordered the tempting ferrero rocher cake but I was delivered just a generic chocolate cake that was heavily sweetened with four ferrero rocher chocolates from their original wrapping and placed on top for show. Please do mention in detail what the cake contains. This is not a lucky draw as I have paid 1.5k for this cake thinking the cake will have the taste and consistency of the ferrero rocher chocolate.
