Dhruba tea centre -Saltlake — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Excessive rude behaviour .. without any reason 2 men behave very badly & unprofessionally, my fault was i don't have cash & i request them either give me 5 mins to collect the money from near by ATM or give me 100 rs tea as I had 100 rs cash only . Without my concent they pack the tea cost 150 rs , after that neither they are ready to change the tea nor they letting me go to collect the money from the ATM , which was just on opposite footpath . Instead that two men continuously talking to me in loud voice saying that they were going to close the shop so they were not in mood to entertain all this . It was 8:30 pm only . The most pathetic & embarassing thing was that two men who were almost of my father age were continuously insulting me in front of other customer . I don't know is there any higher authority or not , but I would request to look in to this matter , coz this was should not happen , specially with a woman who just wanted to buy the tea...

Very rude behaviour of employees.i went there to buy second flush tea.in Google closing time is showing 8.30 pm...when I called this shop at morning they told me closing time is 8 pm.Wherever I went there at 7.45 pm they told me shop has been closed.i requested them a lot... because I went there from a long distance by uber only to buy tea from them....but they refused to show or describe me varieties of tea available there.ultimately I had to buy the tea which they gave me without seeing a sample.it was more costly than original darjeeling tea...rs2000/kg but worst quality...even rs 500 /kg tea of local shop is better than their shop's tea.After my purchase 4 customers was at shop...when time was only 7.50pm...but employees told those customers that shop has been closed.this branch's employees are not doing their work properly ...they are behaving extream rudely to their customers..owner should take care of this salt lake branch of dhrub...

We went to the store today to buy good quality darjeeling tea and green tea. We got not only tea , we met some nice human beings after long long time. Their polite behaviour, guidance and selfless service moved us. Coming home we made tea, it was just awesome !👍 I recommend all to visit this store not just to have authentic tea leaves, but to meet some open hearted simple good fellows who are rare these days. God bless you. Thank you, we will meet again. They insisted cordially to have tea with them, but due to covid, we didn't have tea there. We are fully satisfied with their Tea. After last sip, the flavour is still there. Sip of satisfaction and solace....
