OYO Laxmi Guest House Near City Centre Salt Lake — Hotel in Bidhannagar

I booked two rooms in this hotel for a day. The location was a little away from the hustling centre but was a calm place in Salt Lake. However, the rooms were not so calm. Rooms were alloted adjacent to the kitchen and were incessantly intruded by foul odours whenever the staff was indulged in cooking. Towels and toiletries also needed to be asked for. Staff was helpful but the rooms looked shabby and linens weren't so cleaned. The only brighter side was the location, which was in a lush green residential society, away from the chaos of the city. Overall, a not so good experience and would not book the same hotel whenever I visit...

Very much bad experience I had with this property, when I reached there the hotel presonal directly told me that all rooms are booked,so we can't provide any room to you ,even I didn't cancel my booking although it's happened.when I pressure them then only they ask me that they are arranging another room in another property.... Don't book...

The hotel is situated inside a colony, no sign board is there, so just look for the plot no and process inside the property, it looks like a home from outside, how ever inside it is looks perfectly as a hotel, clean room ,clean linens, good behaviour staff. Please don't expect variety of breakfast here and don't expect...
