Domino's Pizza | Sector 5, Millennium City — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

I wish there is an option for giving zero star. I placed an order From Swiggy and estimated time for delivery Was 20 minutes However, delivery Was completed after one hour, 15 minutes. Additionally, all item was not delivered. on speaking to Dominos service team of this outlet I was explained since Item was not available, so they failed to deliver ordered item And I was advised to reach out to see Swiggy To get the refund.

On reaching out to Swiggy platform, I was told that they are unable to process the refund on my request. Swiggy team connected Dominos outlet, and Dominos outlet informed me that they may not be able to process any refund, however, same can be add to Dominos wallet, which was till now, not added.

Further, my question to Dominos is what I will do after getting the money added in my wallet

Order why order was accepted when all items was not available

I had paid entire amount for getting the delivery on time With all items, why I should take all such issues and invite financial loss

Similar incident with same outlet had happened earlier to where I faced the loss of approximately ₹400 which was not refunded back and this time the loss is amounting...

Updating my review and rating since the service got worst which I have experienced in my last 2 visits.

1. Purposely delayed our order and served cold pizza both the time.
2. Cleanliness went for a toss, when ever I have visited I have found uncleaned table. Which is not the case with other dominos.

Refrain from Dinning in this branch. If you don’t want to ruin your experience.

The staff of this place demonstrate ZERO professionalism on their part. There is nobody at the counter to take orders. Delivery boys keep coming in & going out while the counter staff hustle behind the kitchen. Every time I go there I find this and I have to loudly say "Excuse Me" couple of times before somebody does the honour of taking the trouble to come to the counter to take my order.

And then, the ATM card machine doesn't work half the time, the screen gets blocked and we are asked to sit for 15 mins before fresh orders can be taken, etc.

Always there is some issue or the other with this outlet. Located in a bustling sector with office spaces and educational institutes nearby, they simply don't have the required physical and human infrastructure to deal with the demands.
