Down The Lane — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Well, it is pretty common these days to visit a café to have a cup of tea or coffee. Here , I would like to talk about this outlet , which offers a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere and facilitates both indoor and outdoor seating. This café is right in Salt Lake . Honestly , Down the Lane creates that magical spark inside your soul , by offering wide spread selection of tasty food and drinks at a very reasonable price lists. Alongside ,  it's authentic taste and quality ambience , this place is built on a "Go Green" concept and has very premium décor inside  , that lets you enjoy your day absolutely with your loved ones. I have been to so many cafes , more often , since I stepped into this industry , but I have not found many cafes providing such cool vibes much like down the lane and it was quite evident from the cordial behaviour of the staffs serving us with so much of love and care . We ordered on Spicy Peach Sunrise , as suggested by them and since I have never tried Orange Mojito before , so ordered one for me too. Trust me , both drinks were fabulously tasty . The freshly juiced peach and orange flavours were simply light and slightly effervescent. Then , comes my favourite Chicken Florentine , which is a common feature in most of the continental menu . What comes to us as a surprise is their Dragon Chili Paneer.  Not an usual delicacy, one can expect us to order , but this needs a special mention . If you like the tenderness of a Chicken Tikka and the crispy nature of chili Babycorn , then this dish is an ideal starter to go for . Soft inside but crispy outside , Ahh , a Chinese delicacy , made with so much love and attention to details.

Honestly , I can’t even put into words how totally scrumptious the delicious cheesecakes from Down the Lane were. If there's one sin we would love to commit over and over again, then it unabashedly has to be savouring a mouth-watering Nutella and Blueberry Cheese Cakes.

Ever wondered sipping over hot chocolate or coffee, glueing eyes on your favourite reads while soaking yourself in monsoon vibes . Down the Lane comes with such exemplary ambience having outside covered seating arrangement along with inside intricate decor, where always having a partner for a coffee date proves as a myth . The cherry on top was that , I had noticed a customer coming with a baby pup for coffee which increased my love to a greater extent . But I would definitely recommend others to give a call incase your pet is an adult .

Coming to a little detail about this menu :

Hot Chocolate turned out to be amazing , because it’s white chocolate . If you love sweet , stunning milky aroma , I think this is the perfect cheat you need for the day .

Brownie Milkshake : Mention not , I was too hungry to grab the brownie and chocolate dip first while gorged upon the rest thick shake

Banana Shake : Yes , it is a sweet thick creamy banana shake , perfect for your sweet tooth .

Veggie Pizza / Chicken Pizza : This joint specialises in serving home grown , thin crust pizza having layered of cheese with the topping of your choice .

Non Veg Burger : Extremely delicious one made with home grown bread and thick patties , all prepared over here adding perfect amount of veggies and cheese.

Fish and Chips : This is the most recommended one , to have with shakes or coffeee

Mix Sauce Pasta : If you are just like me and prefer to have Pasta in lunch , go for it . This mixed sauce pasta is not too cheesy yet having the balance in taste .

Down The Lane it's a beautiful cafe and bistro. Recently I visited this place withmyfriends. It's a very classy and nice cafe.perfect place for hangout with friends. Ambience is so good, nice decoration. There are two types of seating capacity outside and inside. Great place for good food. Continental, American, desserts and beverages are available here. Quantity and quality both were perfect. Foods are so good and tasty. Presentation was great, nicely cooked. All kinds of cakes and breads are made here. Come down to this place and enjoy their foods and ambience. Prices are affordable and service was prompt, staffs were courteous.
