Kailash Parbat- Pure Veg — Restaurant in Kolkata

I went with my toddler to view ganapati darshan in salt lake and skipped the outside chaat counters to eat at Kailash parbat. It turned out to be such a disaster .

Food : ordered chole bhature, aloo tikki , watermelon juice & roasted papad. The aloo tikki was such a flat in taste without any flavour .Ingredients were present in the dish for name sake . No detailing and no importance given to cutlery or presentation. Chole bhature was put off too . Bhature was served cold and chole was too spicy . Juice was very average . Roasted papad was served as it is Service : the service , the attitude and the readiness of the staff is negative . I had to get plates onto my table and cutlery and asked them constantly to remove the unnecessary plates or finished food .

Seating : it seems they are holding onto the seat for some reservation without giving due importance for the already present customer. Uncomfortable seating .

Washroom : the space provided is so much so that one can only breathe and if one enters with a toddler one could suffocate .

Overall I would never dine out there and not recommend anyone even if they serve offer or...

My family friends and I are frequent visitors of Kailaksh Parbhat in Karnataka. Hospete & Bengaluru

On our visit to Kolkata we wanted to eat at a familiar and good quality restaurant and arrived here for a brunch at 11am as the info on the page says "We are open from 11am to 11pm"

After my family and I walked for half a kilometer (from our stay) and arrived the manager informed us saying, "sorry sir we are open only from 12 noon" as all the staff have just arrived and cleaning will take place for an hour and they can start taking the orders and serve only from 12 noon.

This was disappointing and very inconvenient. Either change it on the page or check with the local staff.

This happened to another family which came 5 mins after us as well.

Both the customers group left...

1st - love the decor and ambience. 2nd - They have a small room too where personal mini parties can be done. 3rd - Food is yummy and tasty. It's all vegetarian. You can have jain option too. Bhatura is 💖💖💖 4th - It's a premium veg-restaurant. Pricing is on the higher side. 5th - Check the bill whether service charges are included or not and act accordingly. It's not mandatory. We request them to remove it and they did it. Before removal of service charges CHECK THE TOTAL AMOUNT. 6th - they have wash basin too inside the small room . 7th - Missed sabja seeds in Falooda. 8th - Amex card doesn't work here.
