Read moreThe staff is annoyingly rude and you pay extremely high prices for services that are literally non-existent. I'll give you a glimpse of my experience.
Entry: I take a seat, ask if the microbrewery is open. The waitor replies, "Sir it is not." But then he goes on and adds an unnecessary and rude, "You should have called before coming". Dude, I just asked you a question, stop making assumptions and giving unsolicited advice.
Had a couple of ultra expensive drinks and went out to take a call. There were more no of attendants standing outside the entry gate than inside, however they refuse to pull open the door for me and decide that it's better to give stares. Considering that it aspires to become an "upcoming" joint for the youth to hangout, they have people who give a flying rat's ass to making the customer happy.
Mid meal: I asked for a coal refill for my hookah. They flatly refused, "Sir we won't refill your coal a 2nd time". When I asked why, they informed me that it's their policy. Now, what I don't like is hidden policies that aren't written anywhere. I called for the restaurant manager when I was told that it isn't a written policy but a policy nonetheless. I was adamant on getting a refill when the waitor replies, "Sir I'll refill if my manager says yes. But the restaurant will not be responsible for any harm to your throat for smoking a burnt hookah".
I decided that I had enough. I called for the manager again and informed the waitor that I'm certainly going to give them a poor raring on Google and Zomato. The waitor flatly replies, "Sir please go ahead. The manager is busy, he won't be able to see you".
I did end up talking to manager who argued with me for a good 20mins before accepting the fact that there were lapses. This happened when I gave him a lesson on service management.
If you care, I got a complimentary platter of chocolate brownies and ice-cream for damage control.
I won't recommend this place to anyone. Atleast not if you are going there to have...
