Wow! China Diner — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

I ordered a chicken noodles in hot garlic yesterday afternoon from this restaurant via zomato food delivery app. The amount of chicken in the dish and the amount of food, both are fine. But it is not good to eat if you add chicken or a touch of garlic sauce, the taste of the food is very low. It can be said that almost no test. The noodles were not cooked properly, stuck together. The chickens did not reach the test inside the chickens were torn open but when I bit the chickens there was no test in it. I admit I may have chosen a little wrong food and a little wrong test. Anyway I personally apologize for my mistake and I will never make such a mistake again and will never order food from this restaurant again. I am very angry and sad. Lunch is very important to me, I love lunch but yesterday I had to throw away some food. I don't like wasting food but I have to do it anyway. Please take such reviews seriously and improve the quality of the food otherwise the restaurant will be closed down. I just want to point out that in all cases the customer plays a very important role but making them unhappy means directly cutting off your earnings. I will never dream of ordering food from this restaurant and eating at this restaurant, which means you will not get any revenue from me. Yes, I know that thousands of reviews like mine will come, thousands of people will stop coming to your restaurant, maybe thousands of people will fall in love with your restaurant again.But one day you will notice that the number of people coming to the restaurant will be much less than the number of people leaving the restaurant forever. The worst Chinese resturant I have been to in the recent times. Bad food. Very bad service. Me and my friends were 5, opted for non-veg buffet on a sunday evening. 840/h including GST, no drinks included, and dont request for any item from the veg buffet menu, you'll not be entertained. That's ok, but they never mentioned that out of their 14items in the buffet menu(including desserts), they cannot serve 3 today. Infact from the remaining 11, they skipped 2 completely. We had to remind them. When we asked about why they cannot serve the other 3 (which by the way, weren't seasonal), they didn't have a proper answer. After a while they said- instead they can give us complimentary mocktail, like hell I want to have horrible synthetic syrup water. Obviously we declined so they offered another foolish alternative (100 rupees off). They didnot even layout the buffet counters. They served everything to our table and took forever to bring the next items. We hardly asked for repeat servings, because the taste wasn't great, still it took more than 2.5hours for them to serve 11items. Took 20mins to bring the cheque alone. With this kind of horrible service , they had the confidence to include service charge of ~450. We made them alter the bill and include 0 service charge. Next time if I wish to have buffet, I'd rather go to other well known buffet resturants in town and enjoy the food and service. NEVER ever shall I visit this place again, not even for ala carte. This is a nice Chinese restaurant. Ambience, interiors and care is all beautiful. We were here for a lunch buffet. Buffet Menu Includes: • 1 Preparation of Soup (1 Veg or 1 Non-Veg to choose from ) 2 Preparations of Salad (2 Veg or 1 Veg 1 Non-Veg to choose from) 3 Preparations of Starters (3 Veg or 3 Non-Veg to choose from)

• 3 Preparations of Main-Course (3 Veg or 3 Non-Veg to choose from)

• 1 Preparation of Fried Rice (1 Veg or 1 Non-Veg to choose from)

• 1 Preparation of Noodles in Hot Garlic Sauce (1 Veg or 1 Non-Veg to choose from)

• 5 Types of Desserts: Gulab Jamun, Molten Chocolate Spring Rolls, Fresh Cut Fruits, Natural Ice Cream, House Pastries)

The taste of the soup was nothing special. The rest of the starter was wonderful in terms of taste. Fried rice and noodles were also good, but the main courses should be appreciated separately. There is nothing different to say about dessert section.
