Ordered a fried Chicken wing. The dish was not cooked properly and blood was visible in the chicken pieces.Called the waiter and briefed the situation.She took the dish and kept us waiting for 20 minutes.I asked her to call the manager but again she kept us waiting and after 15-20 minutes she replied that "I can't find the manager".She offered to bring a fresh dish after keeping us waiting for 30-40 minutes. We denied and asked for refund and apology. Didnot get either.We left the place without apology or refund.

I request Burger king to atleast maintain the standards. Opening franchisee everywhere and diluting the services and quality is not going to do...
