WOW China — Restaurant in Bihar

Had a highly disappointing experience at the outlet. The service was appalling, to say the least. The staff couldn't explain items on their menu properly. Instead of simply calling my name when my order was ready, they resorted to vague gestures, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

Their attitude was shockingly arrogant. When I was deciding on a variant, the staff smirked and made me feel belittled, which was both disrespectful and uncalled for. Adding to this, the serving tray was so wobbly that it couldn't sit properly on the table, making it inconvenient to eat comfortably.

As for the food, it didn’t live up to expectations. Strangely, the momos I’ve ordered from WOW on Zomato in the past tasted much better than what was served in person. This inconsistency in quality was disappointing.

Overall, the poor service, rude staff, and subpar dining experience have left me with no desire to visit this outlet again. I hope they work on improving their service and overall...

Worst Customer Service ever. Very casual and untrained staffs. Lady at the counter for her customers are like no one. Quality not upto the mark.

Got burned momos in burger when asked the staffs they told this is how we serve the product. In chicken sizzler platter coating was sticking in the mounth.

I asked for a single piece chocolate momos after that she replied we can not do the bill our ABV will hamper. You would have ordered with your main order. Now not possible.

It might be possible that in Patna the service is so pathetic. As I am a very old Cx of Wow brand since last 5 years in Odisha and there service and product is just wow as the brand name.

Need to improve as people in Patna, Bihar are no more fool, a time will come soon when the counter...
