KFC — Restaurant in Bihar

This is the most horrible KFC branch, I have ever been in to. Absolute mismanagement of crowd and very unorganised. You have to make payment and then handover the bill to the other counter where a person will prepare your order after looking at your bill. Unlike other KFCs, these guys don't seem to believe in keeping their own copy and a separate customer copy. This was not just it and I wouldn't have complained until I tasted the horrible food. I had ordered one pair of chicken wings and three veg burgers. All of these items tasted horrible, and it has never ever tasted like this at any other KFC.

I did complain to the manager about the taste and he said that it was just as per their sop, which is really hard to digest( just like their horrible food). The manager also tried to offer me a few more replacement of the same items which I refused because with the taste that they offered, I would never go to them one more time. If they served like this then opting for local burger would be far better, and I am not kidding because that would still taste far better than these guys.

This outlet would be the last place I would ever consider going or would recommend anyone else. I hope KFC management takes notice of this and improves quality of...

I have been disgusted with KFC performance lately! KFC is no more ‘The KFC’ it was! They are heavy on pockets brands but not maintaining quality anymore, at least in Patna. I ordered zinger burgers yesterday at this outlet and was very disappointed.
