Indian Tadka — Restaurant in Bihar

Went there for lunch on 15/03/25 - tried Chole Bhature and Sizzler. Loved the Chole Bhature. Planned a family breakfast on my daughter's birthday the very next day after a discussion with the GM on timings (the number on their bill is of their GM). He personally called and coordinated and arranged for our family breakfast on 16/03/25.

Very light and crispy bhature (with low oil) and delicious chole. Chole here is little different - its in yellow gravy rather than the usual dark brown gravy that u associate with delhi style. Additonal serving of chole also available on request. I guess Chole Bhature would rank among top 3 in Patna (Pramod and Bikaner are my other favorites). Paneer Tikka Sizzler (served with rice) is also very good. Tried Chole Kulche also - it was average though. All in all a must visit for Chole Bhature and Rice Sizzler lovers.

Well Well Well... I don’t know where to start but till this Morning, I was a Hard core Non vegetarian but after visiting.indin tadka I am planning to change to Vegetarian because of 2 things. Of course food and the other one is amazing guy at the counter. Smiling face and he made me to order Jeera rice and paneer butter masala which I will never regret in my lifetime. Service with Food quality is a deadly combination, no wonder why this restaurant in food court has a larger que compared to others. I recently tried chicken platter that left me utterly disappointed. The combination of worst taste, worst food, and an exorbitant price made it an unpleasant experience. The flavors were utterly unappetizing, leaving a lingering aftertaste that I couldn't shake off. Not only was the food subpar, but the price tag was unjustifiably high for such a dismal dining experience. It's safe to say that I won't be returning to that establishment...
