Review:

I recently visited Dosa Plaza , hoping to enjoy some authentic dosa, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The service was downright disappointing; the staff seemed uninterested in helping, inattentive, and took forever to even acknowledge us, let alone take our order. When we asked for simple things like water, it felt like we were inconveniencing them.

The hygiene was also a serious issue. The tables were sticky, and the overall cleanliness of the place was questionable. There was no soap in the handwashing area, which is concerning, especially in a restaurant where you often eat with your hands.

To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was indifferent to any feedback. When we politely mentioned the lack of soap, they shrugged it off as if it wasn’t important. All in all, this place might have potential with the food, but the poor service and unhygienic atmosphere make it hard to recommend. Save yourself the trouble and try...

The south Indian delicacies that the place offers at Patna is a must try not only for Patanites but for everyone who comes here. I recollect coming to this place during my home coming from hostel. I have tried almost every south indian item they serve here form wholesome masala dosa to spicy maharaja dosa, the American dosa, and those little cute tiny idlies... They food, the location, and even the prompt sevice they offer is commendable but this place is little crowded (or say very popular). Also, they attitude of their staffs need improvement in terms of looking at their visitors as customer irrespective of their age. Sometimes, the child-like treatment or say arrogant one that their staffs give, annoys young and independent also, frequent visitor like me. This aspect needs to be looked into. First they served you food looking delicious, but it will your bad experience, it is too costly and tasteless. Also they serve food which was cooked a day before. I personally think one should not visit this place as it is veri high priced and worst ever food. I had ordered one special dosa which was served with sambhar and chatney, both sambhar and chatney was not edible, I don't think I have tasted such sambhar in my life. Also I have ordered mushroom fried rice, which was just an another wastage of money for me as it contains veggies, rice and all other things that meant to be eaten a day before.
