Where Timeless Flavours Meet Soulful Ghazals !
After 16 long years, stepping back into Ghazal Restaurant was like reliving a beautiful memory. The last time we dined here was as newlyweds, and I still remember the silky smooth chicken tikkas that made a lasting impression.
This time, visiting with family on a Saturday evening, the experience was nothing short of magical. The same old-world charm greeted us, the food was just as delicious as ever, and the ambience was elevated by the soulful Jagjit Singh ghazals playing at the perfect volume—soft enough to enjoy the conversation, yet powerful enough to let you soak in the essence of the “Ghazal King.”
The Non-Veg Tandoori Platter was outstanding, bursting with smoky flavours, while the Mutton Biryani was fragrant, rich, and perfectly spiced—both absolute must-tries that elevated the meal to another level.
The staff deserve a special mention for their warmth and hospitality. They truly go the extra mile to make you comfortable. One young staff member in particular—the youngest of the team—stood out for her attentiveness. Despite the evening rush, she ensured everything was served promptly and added a personal touch to our dining experience.
Overall, it was a nostalgic, heartwarming, and thoroughly enjoyable evening. Ghazal is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience—where food, music, and memories blend seamlessly. Truly a ‘Class’ apart!
Definitely a must on the bucket list of every food and music lover. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The menu at Ghazal Restaurant was impressive, with a wide range of North Indian and Mughlai dishes to choose from. I tried the Mutton Rogan Josh, which was cooked to perfection and had the perfect blend of spices. The Tandoori Chicken was also a standout dish, with succulent meat and a smoky flavor.
The service at Ghazal Restaurant was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant also had a live music performance, which added to the overall ambiance and made the experience even more memorable.

Read moreGhazal has always been a favourite haunt for us especially for its familial atmosphere and a vintage feel of times that rests within your mind long gone past. Though it’s been a bit on the expensive side of late with no real addition in the menu still the real attraction factor is keeping the food as delicious and authentic as possible that feels like biting a bit into the piece of nostalgia.
I especially like the Indian preparations both vegetarian and non veg ones. Soups are a good way to rustle up that appetite tomato and man how soups being my pick always. The Chinese or rather the Indian Chinese food is delectable as well. Sizzlers seems to be the most ordered meal as never have I been there and not seen it “sizzling” by me to some table. Both veg and non veg preparation in sizzler are great. And as evident in the picture as well- apologies for not having uploaded many- my favourite is the methi chicken that I always pair up with drool worthy garlic naan. I have had chicken lababdar and butter chicken too at various occasions and both are delicious to a hilt. A recommended place if you ever...
