Nukkar Dhaba — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Very sad to write this comment. For me Nukkar Dhaba used to be one of the best place for having food at any time. But due to its rapid growth each day, it has not maintained its quality now. One day i ordered tandoori roti for takeaway, when i opened the packet, roti was like so hard and it looked like it was made about n hour ago and they have packed it so that it won't get wasted. Recent experience is more pathetic. I called Nukkar Dhaba and asked them to deliver the food at home, while ordering the person just listened the first meal and told me "thoda jaldi bolo", but i ignored thinking he might b very busy. It is common sense, if u r taking an order on phone, one should note it down on paper, but he took my order verbally. I then called him again to add few more stuff to the order, he replied, APKA KYA ORDER THA? 2 THAALI AUR??? So he forgot my order. When the food was delivered at home, they delivered wrong dish, I called them and I got a shocking reply. AJ AAP YAHI KHALO, NEXT TIME ADJUST KAR DUNGA. Hahaha What an unprofessional reply. SO I WOULD ADVISE NUKKAR PPL, WE WISH UR RESTURANT GROWS MORE N MORE WITH EACH PASSING DAY BUT PLEASE DON'T DEGRADE UR QUALITY AND SERVICES. NEED TO...

Sorry to say this but, REALLY REALLY WORST Hospitality,Food,Amenties-We had order Arhar daal(Lentil) and they played trick with us to provide Channa Daal and once we asked this is not the once which we had order then they serve very cold Arhar daal to us, Spoilage smelly mint+Yogurt chutney. Nothing was finish with it at the end once we give them card to pay they didn’t have option to pay from card they ask us to please withdraw the money and pay us cash we are not accepting cards, luckily we got one ATM near to that place and we had paid. Cashier was bit appoligize for all this that they didn’t mention on any signage that “We are not accepting Cards” Very bad experience at...

If there would be a option to negative rating i would have given it to them , they doesn't even deserve this one star. Had 3 masala dosas and the taste was 0 and the stuffing was for the sake of name and it was not cooked properly, rest with dosa they were supposed to provide sambar, coconut chutney and kempu chutney(orange chutney) but they didn't provided us with kempu chutney and gave us 6 coconut chutneys such a waste.
