Pathetic experience – would never recommend this place.

What a horrible bar! The service is absolutely non-existent. On the rooftop, all the tables were dirty and no staff bothered to even come for an order. When I went down to the so-called AC section, there was still no one to attend. Finally, when a staff member did approach, his behavior was shockingly rude. Instead of welcoming a customer, he treated me as if I were some criminal or someone of “low class.”

He started quoting whisky prices in a very judgmental way, as if assuming I couldn’t afford it. To make it worse, he told me to leave the AC section, saying it was a “family area.” This kind of arrogance and discrimination is unacceptable.

The management seriously needs to look into their staff’s behavior and basic hospitality standards. As a customer, I felt insulted and unwelcome. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever...

Khajura is the in-house restaurant of hotel palm near nagoa beach. And we had read good reviews online so we had to give it a try. First of all, have to start by saying they have polite attentive staff. No long waiting period for the food. The food was good compared to other restaurants we visited. The non-veg items are tasty and worth recommending. It was economical. The liquor prices are reasonable and economical as well. Only complain is we wish they had more items on their menu. The menu felt limited. Also wish they provided more indoor seats and made the interior a tad bit...

Pathetic restaurant...our order will place after 45 min...uncooked food..no test..not understand less spicy means...never eated tandoori roti..burnt..pla closed if you are not professional..epople give u money n u people cheat...18% of tax they lie on bill...ha..ha..ha ..they are in entertainment business not servicing food business.. I request all of you pls.pls dont go in this cheating...
