In order to lower operation cost ( 2 people handling 9-10 tables on Saturday morning around 11am) , outlet is made self service basis . Imagine at peak hours , someone ahead of you holding 7-8 pages menu book , twisting turning pages and discussing items to order at the counter, while you and other customers wait for your turn.. ( At one point I was even contemplating if I should help owners reduce man power cost by cleaning my table and putting the plate next to kitchen) . I agree McDonald's and Cafe Coffee Day also has same ordering process, but the menu items are limited which makes the overall process much quicker at the point of sale, reducing customer over all wait time at the counterNot sure if self service here was done keeping in mind customer experience.

A good place indeed with coffee but firstly, the one on the billing counter table made a mistake in calculation so I had to make her calculate again to receive my extra money that was paid and the washroom was not functional which pissed me off, why because I usually sit for long hours in select coffee shops. I was there from morning 7 am- 1 pm but the problem was not fixed even once. When I asked the helper, she very bluntly said No ma'am you cannot use it because the washroom is out of water. Other one told me it has some leakage issue but whstever it was, I think washroom is a very basic need and this issue must be resolved within no time span on...

Blue Tokai Coffee has opened up its second outlet West Delhi, in the neighbourhood of Janakpuri.

It is very convenietly located relatively close to most popular joints of Janakpuri and is also in close proximity to a couple of colleges as well.

This outlet, I felt is slightly smaller as compared to some of their other outlets. The place has a nice ambiance with the PlayBar Project playing some good music all day long! You can sit by the window and enjoy your coffee as you observe people passing by.
