A meal to remember

Food is one of my most favourite things in life, without it life would be very boring. Though I have had some pretty good meals in my life, there was one memorable meal that still makes my mouth water. It was at about a year back at my aunt's house, in celebration of her eldest son, my cousin, pulling all A's in his A Level exams. We spent most of the day talking about everything that took place since we last saw each other, and all the while the aroma of the food being cooked kept my nose engrossed. When it was meal time and we were called to the dining table, which was most welcome since I was starved by then. First, my aunt served fried rice which is a traditional part of any feast, and then roasted chicken was brought out. The rice was well cooked but wasn't too oily, and the chicken was roasted brown, a bit overdone, just the way me and my cousins preferred. Both looked delicious, so with wasting any more time I took some rice and grabbed a large chicken drumstick on my plate. I took the fork and knife in my hand and cut a rather large piece of it and put it in my mouth. The crust outside was nice and crisp, yet the meat was tender and succulent inside. As I continued eating eagerly I noticed that she had also served shrimps, which was equally scrumptious. I took double helping of both the chicken and the shrimp, and munched away. Finally, after almost an hour, all of us had finished our meal, and kept complimenting my aunt on what an amazing meal it was and what a great cook she is. I ordered veg biryani through Zomato and I received chicken biryani. I called the restaurant and they asked me to whatsapp the pic of box which I did and then they confirmed that it was chicken biryani and was their fault. The guy whoever was on phone assured me that he would send me veg biryani the next morning by 12. It was already midnight and I had to sleep without food. It's been more than a month I didn't get any response from them. I even dropped a text on the same number but the guy didn't reply. I reviewed them on Zomato app and the management replied and asked me to mail them with my order number which I did. But it's been more than a week that I haven't got any response. Such a horrible service from this so call famous biryani place. Why don't you guy shut it down instead of wasting people's money and putting...

Mr.Rakesh is the whole culprit behind my bad experience with this branch of Bikkgane Biryani Firstly, I was sent with wrong item instead of Special Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani they send the chicken 65 biryani which was pathetic. Secondly,I called at the store to inform about the same hence Mr.Rakesh promised me with a replacement of the wrong order. Thirdly,It has been 3 days after that promise given by Mr.Rakesh and still I have not received my biryani, his wordings were “ap kahin bhi complaint register mt krna mein apko correct order bhijwadunga” PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!! Pathetic food Pathetic service Pathetic Employees!!!

The chicken 65 biryani was so pathetic that it is still kept in my refrigerator...
