Spaced Out Coffee is a hidden gem tucked away in Shahpur Jat, and it’s definitely worth a visit. The vibe of the place is that of a co-working style café, making it perfect for both casual hangouts and productive work sessions. The entry itself, via a set of stairs, is very aesthetic and sets the tone for what’s inside.
They have 3-4 tables placed outside which are ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee during winter or monsoon weather. The indoor seating is beautifully done — the interior decor is tasteful, thoughtful, and full of character. There’s so much to admire, from the cozy furniture to the artwork and lighting. One of the best parts is the view — you get a stunning glimpse of domes, tombs, and tree canopies right from your seat. It’s serene, picturesque, and adds immensely to the charm of the space.
Coming to the food, the pricing is decent considering the ambiance and experience they offer. Honestly, even if the prices were a little on the premium side, it still feels justified. The taste of the food is great, well-prepared, and flavorful. However, one area of improvement could be the portion sizes. The quantity felt a bit on the smaller side for a few dishes. For example, the bruschetta could have been served with some dips or an extra element to make it feel more complete.
Overall, it’s a great spot that combines work-friendly vibes with an excellent atmosphere and good food. With slight tweaks in portion sizing, it can easily become a go-to...
Read moreSpaced out cafe is a nice cosy cafe in Shahpur Jaat overlooking the tomb and the fashion market. Ample parking is available and is free. You need to go up the wrought iron around 30-40 stairs. Do be careful while using them especially at night. Decent interiors. We had a potato patty burger, which was nice. Veggie pattie burger was average. Served with fries. Patty is quite thick. Tried a cottage cheese and veggie skewers platter served with herbed rice, bell pepper sauce and fries. It’s a small platter with small paneer pieces. This was okayish. Barely any veggies in skewers. Additional veggies are charged at Rs. 50. Iced tea was nice. Latte tasted more like cappuccino but was nice. Prices are high as compared to the quantity and taste. In between they started some maintenance work, which was disturbing. Otherwise it’s a nice soothing place. Sunset looks nice from the top. It’s quite nicely lit up and decorated in the evening. They are also a coworkjng area. Towards the back of the cafe there is a big coworking space with cabins, sofas, seating with space for laptops and chargers. Coffee tea dispenser too. You can work there. They charge minimum Rs 400 for the day. Either you order or you pay for using the...
Read moreThis place seems like a refresh in the cafes around Shahpur Jat. It's genuine and totally serious with its co-working space. We were there to just check it out and we had to just while talking.
The ambience is very aesthetic and suits the greenery it surrounded. Plus the view of Fort from the cafe is a great touch. There is an outside place but due to the humid weather we took it indoors.
The service is great and they are very attentive. The staff is very approachable and have knowledge about all the food on the menu.
The food is good. We liked whatever we ordered. The peri peri fries were crisp and the cold brew was apt. The portions are okay. And they do serve swiftly. With minimum waiting times.
Price is somewhat okayish. The drinks are expensive. But the food is priced well. I'd say it's for corporate guys on digital nomad lifestyles who won't hate to shell out a few more shillings. For students you'll have to plan and do a good contri. For dates it's good but be aware the place is pin drop silent. So learn how to compliment your partner in a hush hush manner.
Would recommend to all who want to experience something new and are always on the search of something out of...
