Bloom Cafe & Cakery — Restaurant in Delhi

I visited Bloom earlier today. We ordered a slice of the lemon blueberry cake. It had a speck of fungus in it due to which, we refused to eat it. The staff said "maam it's not fungus, you can speak to the chef if you want ". Forget about not adding the cake to the bill, the staff nearly forced us to eat the cake by pushing us saying it's not fungus and also saying "if you don't want to eat it now, I can pack it for you". But the weirdest part was, the staff said "it was a full cake, we sliced it to give a piece to you". I mean isn't that what a piece is? Cut from a cake? If it's such a problem then you shouldn't have it on the menu.

One thing is for sure- that I am not going to Bloom again. Highly irritated and disappointed about the fact that they didn't even want to address...

Pineapple cake heaven.!🍍🎂

I ordered a pineapple cake from Bloom Cafe & Cakery, and it was an absolute hit! I had asked for it to be less creamy with a custard base instead — and they nailed it! The cake was so light, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

The real surprise? Those pineapple chunks — to die for! Juicy, flavorful, and generously added. Plus, since it was a Tuesday, I needed an eggless version — and honestly, you’d never be able to tell. It was so soft and delightful!

The presentation was on point too — elegant, neat, and looked straight out of a fancy patisserie window.

Bloom Cakery was a serendipitous discovery! It is very prettily decorated, the beverages on offer are interesting and differently done, such as the vanilla nut butter hot chocolate, and the baked goods look fresh and delectable. The mushroom bagel we had was excellent. Bunty served us with genuine warmth, showing concern about our preferences, with a big smile whenever he spoke to us!
