A restaurant’s reputation isn’t built solely on good food; exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of hospitality. Unfortunately, this outlet fails miserably on both fronts.
The momos served were severely overcooked, and when I brought this to the staff's attention, they simply ignored my feedback. Then came the pizza debacle—we ordered an 11-inch Margherita, but were served a 7-inch one without any prior notice. Upon asking, the staff nonchalantly stated, “This is the only size available.” When I questioned why this wasn’t communicated earlier, there was no response, only silence.
Both the food and customer service left much to be desired. Empathy from the staff could have salvaged the experience, but instead, their dismissive attitude screamed, “We don’t care.” No reasonable customer would return to a place where they feel undervalued and unheard.
