Burger King — Restaurant in Delhi

Had a very disappointing experience at Burger King, Kalkaji Metro. First, I had to wait for around 10 minutes just to place my order because of technical glitches in their system. When I asked for a meal, they said the soft drink was unavailable and instead added a shake, which unnecessarily increased the price. There was no seating available, so I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a place to sit. On top of that, they didn’t even provide me with a proper bill. Overall, very poor service and mismanagement. Definitely needs...

Very very bad experience I ask chicken burgers with the offer 99 for 2 she said you must add cheese slice otherwise we can’t take your order and I said why you putting offer on your store than she said hamne nahi lgaya company ne lgaya hai than I ordered online I told how can I ordered without cheese this than she said online hi hota hai and very bad behaviour of her Burger King should fire her she is not good for your company I’m having this meal in Kalka ji metro...

There's always some problem or other with this burger king. Today I had to wait 1hr to get my meal prepared because there was no Pepsi at the outlet and still there were 20 mins left so I had to cancel the order at the end. Last time the burgers were cold and Pepsi was at room temperature. They really need to get their services in order. Not even kidding if I would buy a meal from faridabad and come to eat it over there that will be faster than the service they...
