What's the point of having a quick selection and payment process (via screen) and then seeing that your food gets ready and laying on the table for 10-15 mins getting cold.

The people at the counter have the responsibilities of wrapping and dealing with customers/swiggy Zomato guys as well as calling out numbers.

In my experience my food was just laying there. I was in a sarcastic mood so wanted to see how much time it will take for her to realise that one plate is just laying there. Finally I went there myself and showed her my number and asked her I'll pack it myself thank you and go home!

I was visited yesterday with my friends and I see that the store is so beautiful and the staff is very friendly and well educated. They have suggested to me to place order via Burger King App through a table QR code. I thought the process took too much time and I was denied that time but when I interacted with the floor manager it was an awesome experience to place order through Table QR code it was an amazing experience like I have placed the order through Table QR code and within 2.50 sec I got my order on my table.
