I don't know how they manage to keep their rating good but today i ordered truffle cake and it was smelling so bad and tasted worst....we threw the entire cake and order the fresh cake immediately from other bakery. I ordered looking at thier Google reviews.Please don't go by reviews . Not at all recommended. But the owner seems to value the customer feedback as post i raised the issue he came personally to my place and offer a refund. I appreciate this kind gesture hope this boils down in making the quality of product good.I wish you all the best and hope one day i can come back to have good cake...

Wonderful experience. I was looking for home delivery options for cakes nearby and found this shop. My kids like Fruit cake and my wife wanted Butterscotch. I requested the owner Pankaj to check if it's possible to make Half and Half cake. He delighted us by delivering the beautiful combination. His gesture made us his permanent customer. I don’t recommend their services, they are not loyal at all. I had a really bad experience with them. I selected semi circle frame and at the time of discussion he told me that he can but at the venue he did such a bad job. Total wastage of money. He charged me full money and his attitude is very bad. He spoiled my mood with his decoration and I was so upset and was thinking the venue was for better without decoration only.
