SERVICE+ PAYMENT:-- POOR The ordering process was very unprofessional. The person who took orders was roaming in the kitchen here and there around. Made me wait for very long even though there was no one in line. Quite lazy work. The chubby staff was very very rude and ignorant. If I by chance to ever go there again, I will return if I find this chubby staff at the payments section. CHEAT: I paid in cash- and he said he doesn't have a 5 rupees change so he will give me when pizza comes. And he did NOT mentiontgat due on the bill/invoice. And when I go back to collect due he was again ignorant. I leave that.
PIZZA:-(VEG) My pizza was undercooked. All the tomatoes were still undercooked. Not worth a penny. I will never go at this location of dominos and I think female staffs are better in courtesy and service, a feedback to Domino's that you should hire more female instead of Male staff who are rude showing their male ego & work frustrations on customers.
ATMOSPHERE:- Neither tables were arranged properly. Poorly aligned. No symmetry. Totally chaotic, random. Very confusing and giving vertigo. Staff turned off the ambient lighting as it was past 22:00 hours so we were under normal lighting. Then I called the store again, they stopped picking up my number. The delivery boy comes at 11:06 at night with cold items in. I tell him to talk to your manager about this but he refuses and says you can talk to yourself. When I call, the manager does not pick up the phone. I was ready to take the pizza but he refused to give it to me. then he left, I called the store again, after making 30-40 calls someone picked up the phone, I told him everything, after that I got pizza after 00:05 in the night. When I opened a garlic one order I shocked the size portion of garlic breadsticks is small size like for kids. I don't know how they send like that Small size of quantity. But in dine in its ok.
Then I complain to zomato for the same . They told me for the quantity perspective restaurant are responsible. They can't do that in it.
Now the point is real customer satisfaction is zero . But in App I already give 5star.
