Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Delhi

The place is small in the first place, so dine in is not suggested as when there just few customers the place doesn’t have space at all and its congested. They take long time to provide the food after you have ordered, so I had to wait for a pretty long time. Customer handling and professionalism is very poor, customers have to be standing near the counters while the cashiers go inside for other work. The food was alright, yet when providing the meal they don’t provide sauce sachets and tissues, you need to ask for those which is very disappointing. Overall my experience was bad and I dont recommend it if you value tour time. And also the staff should be given a training on how to deal with customers, or else domino’s keeps losing...

Food quality is very bed and they not know how to deal with guest And pizza quality is very bed I order peppy paneer pizza with cheese burst no proper topping taste girl on counter do know guest order I am asking them where is my order they say sir you order takeaway before 10 minute they take order only And no setting avilable for customer I have to eat my pizza half on above of dustbin I am going to file complaint against this I make sure proper checking is going to conduct some days kitchen not focus on guest order pizza is ready I am seeing but they do not cut the pizza shameless experience never...

Zero star should be given to the staff of this Dominos. They don't take orders offline at all and keep forcing you to do online order. Customer has right to online or offline order. They don't even know how to communicate. They say wait for 20 minutes and then they wasted more than 40 minutes. At the end i have to leave without eating. Really very bad staff and by looking at other reviews, it is clear that i am not the only one who disliked their service. Dominos officials should look into this and improve the quality of staff....
