I have been visiting this branch of haldiram's now for long my expenses with them has been fairly good in past. Unlikely of what I had faced last I visited them.

So here it goes : I ordered quite a few things from haldiram's including Masala Dosa the filling in the dosa was raw and smelling bad, so my father went to the counter and told them about the issue the manager Mr. Daglesh he answered back really rudely and said "HUMARE YAHA TOH ESA HE HAI LENA HAI TOH LO" trust me till then my father was being very polite with them. Tgen later on while we were leaving we took a packet of Namkeen from there display my father went to get that billed there again Mr.daglesh was standing on the other side to make the billing receipt, my father told him what he wants to buy to this Mr. Daglesh just left the counter saying I want to go to loo. All the other people standing behind in the queue were so annoyed. Then we had our third encounter with the gentlemen when we were addressing the issue with other staff he came in the middle and asked them to move. My father told him that what he is doing is not right to which he said that "Jo Karna Hai Kar Lo"
