McDonald's — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visited my local McDonald's and I had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The menu had a good selection of both classic and modern items, and everything tasted delicious. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend McDonald's!

I started off with a classic Big Mac and fries. The Big Mac was everything I remembered it to be: two beef patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and special sauce all sandwiched between a toasted sesame seed bun. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the burger was still juicy and flavorful, although it did lack a bit of seasoning. The fries were nicely fried and went perfectly with the burger.

For my next item, I tried the new McPlant burger. This vegan option was surprisingly flavorful, and I enjoyed its plant-based patty, tomato, lettuce, and vegan mayo. The patty was juicy and held together nicely. It was a great alternative to the traditional burger.

The staff at McDonald's were also very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my order. The restaurant was also neat and tidy, with no mess or overwhelming smells. All in all, it was a great dining experience.

McDonald's is very reputed and have really strong SOPs. Now, due to COVID pandemic, experiment with no touch facility. So, this just a FEEDBACK as I personally love this brand. I have visited twice in last 20 days and opted for both the option - scan and order ; order at counter. Scan & Order: Dedicated manpower hired to promote the same. They have responsibility of promoting and educating this option to walk ins which is done beautifully. Rest guest is doing on their own. Convenient, as one can order by sitting at his place. Time taking to bake the order is comparatively more than counter order. Order at Counter: Huge queue either we are still adapting changes or baking time is higher. Dedicated counter for scanning thing can be utilised for placing normal order to avoid long que. Cleanliness of rest rooms is always a very big concern at any of McDonald's restaurants. First and foremost i am a Fan of Mc Donald s but today s experience has left me bitter humiliated and very upset. I was harassed by their employee . I was so Dehydrated and hungry and ordered a meal for which i paid 250 by gpay which was a smooth transaction and I even have the details and screenshot of successful payments. As soon as i sat down to eat, their employee came to ask me to repeat payment again saying my payment which I already paid will be refunded soon.
