Spezia Bistro — Restaurant in Delhi

The youths hub is becoming a ground of alluring party places, finest foods, grooving music and predominantly, the service delivery. The Hudson lane, the fantasizing street with several cafes which are easy on the eye and the pocket, have distinctive options of renowned lounges. Spezia Bistro is one of the highly preferred outlet, delights with the top notch ambiance, competitively fine food and splendid courteous service.

The Ambiance felt overwhelming once we entered and noticed the attractive details showcased. The vintage aura has colorful chairs, old time lampshades, wall decor and not to miss, the wooden swing.

Moving to Food, we had got most of the staff recommended dishes and all of them were indeed flawless.

In SALAD we had ordered,

Protein Salad. 3 Types of Chicken with Boiled Egg tossed with crisp lettuce in chef's special house dressing. The flavors were indeed flawless and the dressing was quite alluring. The extra lime tangy dressing blends well with boiled eggs and chicken making it an utmost nutritious artifact. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In STARTERS we had ordered,

Chicken Wings in Lemon Pepper Sauce. Chicken Wings marinated with our special herbs grilled to perfection, tossed in our homemade lemon pepper sauce. Chicken was perfectly marinaded with the sauce. Although the sauce could have been little milder than what it is, as it felt quite bearable to eat so much spices.

Macho Nacho Combo. Giant serving of tortilla chips accompanied by onion rings, French fries Pica de hallo, Grilled Chicken and traditional sauces topped with cheese and baked to a perfect golden. This delicacy is divine, with the humongous quantity and amalgamation of fries, grilled chicken, nachos all baked and topped with cheese. The taste is a dire recommendation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In PIZZA we had ordered,

Butter Chicken Pizza. Just perfect dough and topping. The dough was the first thing someone for appreciate from the first bite. Light tasteful dough with awestruck butter chicken blend and really succulent to gobble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In DRINKS we had ordered,

Blueberry Mojito. The variants of Mojitos they offer is admirable. This especially, has blueberry pulp added to classic Mojito recipe. The drink is sober, utterly refreshing and worth to try. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pomegranate Malta Mojito. New addition to their menu, This spin on the mint-and-lime classic contains delicious pomegranate seeds and juice. Presentation equally justifies it's perfection.

Blueberry pie shake. Such balanced taste of Blueberry pie. Thickness was appropriate and gives and mild sweet taste of blueberry. Best of joys in shakes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Chocolate brownie Shake. Came in a cute little flower pot, the Chocolate brownie shake was well made and balanced with it's thickness. Although its not the best of chocolate brownie shakes someone could expect but it still cannot be tamed with the taste.

Overall, such lush youth oriented ambiance with courteous staffing definitely makes this joint...

Their warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience feel special 🌟 The manager (whose name I sadly can’t recall) was extremely well-educated and knew the menu inside out, answering all our questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm 📚💡 From the moment we entered, he greeted us with a warm smile and immediately helped us settle at the best spot available, making us feel truly welcomed and valued 😊🙌

🍽️ Delicious Food & Drinks We ordered the Continental package and the Pan-Asian package, each serving small but carefully curated portions of 3 to 4 dishes 🥗🍤 Every dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked — it felt like a mini culinary journey in every bite 🤩👌 The highlight for me was the spicy Jamunitini cocktail — seriously, best drink I’ve had in a long time 🔥🍸 The perfect balance of spice and sweetness made it unforgettable For dessert, we enjoyed a rich, fudgy brownie with ice cream, which was complimentary thanks to my Dineout reservation — a very sweet and delicious end to our meal 🍨🎉

Spezia Bistro has a great ambiance and interiors were warn and inviting.The walls adorned with a mix of framed posters. The music was not much loud like in other restaurants, we were enjoying it and clearly audible to each other even when the music was playing. We occupied the table at the corner beside a very beautiful aquarium which we saw after our meal. Our server was very helpful to us and as he suggested we ordered accordingly. Shamir was his name. Everything we ordered we looked yummy!! but the taste was not just good but amazing. I personally liked the Chilly paneer, Pizza, Drums of Heaven and Classic chicken patty Burger. The beverages came first. What we loved was the Spicy Mango Mojito, refreshing and topped with a slice of fresh mango and mint leaves, was unanimously our favorite. Then the watermelon Mojito gave me the feeling as i am on a summer vacation in the beaches of Goa. We also order the Momos sizzler with rice as our server suggested. The vegetarian Momos sizzler arrived, with a side of fried rice, and french fries. We dived into the serving and noticed the interesting filling of the momos along with a spicy sauce. The fried rice was also delicious. The Classic Chicken Patty Burger with spicy grilled chicken patty, with very special chipotle sauce veggies and cheese along with fries. The burger was cut into two pieces so that it can fit into mouth easily. We were satisfied with the portion sizes and more than pleased with the prompt service.
