Starbucks — Restaurant in Delhi

Hot cappuccino and vanilla latte which was not got but cold. The only reason im posting this review is to let the management know that despite of good taste and brand popularity, the staff needs to understand that if a customer is complaining then it should be completely heard and not looked over. The three items that we ordered vannila latte, cappuccino and the chesse cold were all cold. I mean I finished off the latter within secs of receiving it on my table. I have been disappointed by Starbucks in Delhi before but I found that the staff was good here, the barista had a good pace and was also handling demanding customers well. The cashier was not confused. The quality of the drink was not US-standards but better than probably any other Starbucks drink I've had yet in Delhi. Wish I had caught the name of the barista who made my drink. I was impressed with her ability to keep a good pace with tons of orders and not make a bad drink for me, something I've seen a lot of Starbucks baristas...

This is one of the sadder cafes run by SB. The setting and the feel of the place is insipid, infact down right depressing. The coffee as always, especially the capuccinos are lacking a fullness of flavor and punch that one expects. Infact if you have to have a hot beverage I would cautiously recommend the house brew. Of course these days in Delhi brewed coffee is hard to find. It's always a pour over or some such gadgetry concoction. Whatever happened to the simple robust brewed coffee!
