Excellent variety of bubble tea with authentic ingredients, great presentation, and friendly staff - at an affordable price.
Leaving 1 star out since I wouldn't recommend the snacks.
Update #1 (Aug 2022): I wholeheartedly thank the staff for inviting me to try the Cantaloupe Bubble Tea on my recent visit. Although the Taro Milk Tea has been favourite so far, this new product (and the range) is definitely a must try!
I secretly hope that Tea Bear captures it's Taiwanese identity further and introduces traditional desserts like Douhua and Tang Yuan to their menu.
I look forward to seeing this wonderful new venture develop and grow from strength to strength :)!
Update #2 (October 2022): Tea Bear has recently added some wonderful, new, and authentic flavours to it's celebrated and distinctive Bubble Tea portfolio. The Oolong Bubble Tea with milk is class apart and reminiscent of Gong Cha in Shanghai.
However, the principal concern here is the customisation of how strong or light the tea is right off the bat. The same would allow for fine tuning and attract a larger number of customers. It would also save crucial staff time by curating the correct product at once instead of having to revise the already presented product.
Moreover, the packaging can be much more better glitzy and evocative. The Tea Bear packaging is still a far cry from some well known brands such as Milkshake & Co, which us extremely popular in Chandigarh and can (imo) be compared to South Delhi's food market on an almost apple to apple basis.
PRE-LAUNCH REVIEW:
#1. The Taiwanese Lemon Tea (served cold, this product is at a pre-launch stage) would please anyone. It's perfectly citrusy, with a very light fragrance, and is simply refreshing. Would highly recommend it once launched :)!
#2. The Taiwanese Jasmine Tea is very pleasant, mild, and flavourful. A must try for all Jasmine lovers. The cup it was served in (would surely add the picture soon) was really intriguing, and closely resembled the ones used by Dalgrak (Korean Cultural Centre) for their trademark spicy cinnamon drink!
P.S: They're on Zomato now too - which is wonderful! Their takeaway packaging is very good :)
Update #3 (December 2022):
Excellent new addition to the menu with the Souffle Cheesecake. The desserts are fresh with good quality ingredients that even doyens like L'Opéra and Big Chill can take a leaf out of.
Nothing satisfies a custimer and food blogger more than a brand that appreciates and absorbs feedback quickly and meticulously. The Tea segment is now better than ever, with customised sugar and ice levels. I hereby increase my rating to 4.5 Stars 🌟!
Leaving 0.5 out since the snack variety and number of outlets should hopefully increase soon.
Update on Pre-Launch Beverages: Since many of the previous beverages are citrusy and incorporate seasonal elements, the launch has been deferred to summer next year. I, as a customer and reviewer, accept this decision and this does not...

There’s an adorable dog named Bob who sits at the window and He’s so well-behaved, doesn’t bark, doesn’t interfere while you’re having meals, he just chills and accepts pets like a true gentleman. Total vibe.
Food & Drinks: 5/5 This has easily been the best place I’ve found for boba tea in Delhi. I ordered the Matcha Boba Tea and the Peach Boba Tea, and both were so good. The pearls were fresh and chewy in the best way, and they’ve got loads of options to choose from. They also serve Korean dishes, which was such a nice surprise. Everything we tried tasted great and felt really well made.
Staff: 5/5 The people here are lovely. #Rumpi was tge sweestest of all, she took care of our order and double checked to make sure the drinks were just right and she even offered us a free dessert on the house. It’s small things like that that really make the experience memorable. Everyone’s friendly and happy to help if you’re not sure what to order.
Reservations: You don’t have to book in advance, but it can get busy, so maybe be early.
Prices: Around ₹300–₹600 per person, depending on how hungry you are.
Overall: If you’re into boba or just want a fun, chill place to hang with friends, Tea Bear should be on your list. Great drinks, kind staff, and the cutest dog ever—it’s a...
Read moreTea Bear Café (Bubble Tea) in GK1 is famous for its delicious Boba Tea.
I love their cute and attractive logo! The ambience at the GK1 outlet is peaceful, friendly, and warm.
Among their wide range of Boba Tea options, my favorites are Taro Latte, Chocolate Bubble Tea, and the Original Bubble Tea—always paired with an English Tea Cake for the perfect treat.
Ms. DuBi at the counter is always happy to assist with recommendations. On this visit, she introduced me to a special offer: one free drink with the purchase of five TIME Boba Teas!
It was a delightful experience, sitting on a pink chair, sipping tasty Boba Tea with a generous amount of boba pearls, and watching the bustling lanes of...
