One of the oldest hotel in Edappally. Located inside Edappally market area, the hotel has been revamped from its older building to an upgraded ambience. I had visited several times earlier and was always satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. Almost all types of dishes including, chinese, fast food, dosa etc are availabile at nominal cost. Must try, chicken fry and porotta. They also serve kada egg masala too, which is tasty. Service is good. Limited parking available

Janata Cafe is a very old restaurant located in Edappally Market. Dosa and Chammanthi are very famous here. Janata Cafe is also a budget friendly place to eat food in Edappally. There are dosa, masala dosa, porota, idiappam, appam, oon, biryani and evening snacks. 60 rupees per meal. Dosa, idli, appam, idiappam and porota are Rs 10 and tea is Rs 12. You can have breakfast for 50 rupees.
