KUFI — Restaurant in Edapally

I had their matki kulfi, initially i was so excited as it does looks good but after 3 4/5 bite i notice small hair in it...after this i couldn't swallow it, when being told about the same, they merely reacted as if nothing happened...no apology , no explanation, simply stand like a statue...n and i was not asking for any refund or replacement, i just informed that I got hair in it and it's disgusting. I hadn't much expectations as it didn't seem busy. Honestly, disillusioned by the boba tea at forum mall. However, this standalone quaint little kiosk like cafe on the 2nd floor of Lulu Mall. was surprisingly good. We had the mango boba tea. They had only 3 flavours avaialble Mango, blueberry and strawberry- which made me even more wary. Trust me when I say the drink was rich, fresh and yummy...loved it. I happened to be there one day and I found this place very cool. Let me wish you guys all the very best. I sincerely hope you guys succeed in spreading the story of the Kulfi King. I am a vegan , and I couldn't taste their Kulfi. As I told one of the guys about me being a Vegan , he was incredibly kind to offer me some sweets they have which has no milk derivatives.
