I want to express my gratitude to this McDonald's location for making me money. Let me clarify how.

As I live nearby, I have frequently visit this outlet (at least once a week). Because of their combo discounts on the McD app and the taste of their soft drinks with the appropriate amount of fizz, I had given up on KFC once this McDonald's outlet started.

The soft drink dispenser has been malfunctioning for over a full year at this point. It serves the beverage without ice or any fizz. I've been there several times, and after placing my order, they always say that the machine is spoiled and that there is nothing left to do but discard the drink. I stopped coming here as often since I was expecting the soft drink dispenser to be changed or fixed, but each time the same excuses are provided, such as that it can't be fixed or that the replacement machine hasn't arrived yet. I genuinely doubt if McDonald's would accept these justifications or this calibre of service. My visit here was always a waste, and the drink was obviously a waste as well. The manager on duty confirmed that the machine is operating well during my most recent two visits when I enquired if the drink will be cold and fizzy before placing an order. I discovered the drink was neither cold nor had any fizz when I received my order. And on confronting the staff again about this, they said they can just give me a can of Coke Zero. This was so frustrating and this time onwards I decided to stop going here after attempting and returning numerous times and continually running into the same problem. Today, I realised that this helped me overcome my aversion and addiction to McD.

I visit McDonald's often for their iced coffee, which is very good, and the corn and cheese burger, which is also worthy. The service is quick, making it convenient to hop in and enjoy a treat.

However, I have concerns about the attitude of the billing staff. They act as if they own the outlet. Like they themselves could be at loss for giving me discount via coupon code. Once, I asked to apply a coupon code to my order that was generated exclusively for me. The staff's attitude and behavior suggested they were trying to avoid applying the coupon, as if it was a loss for them. I wonder if this behavior is encouraged by McDonald's. If so, please stop offering such coupon codes if they're just going to be ignored or lead to customer frustration.

Additionally, I recently observed that the staff manipulates sales by keeping some items unavailable for certain periods to push customers towards higher-priced items. It’s hard to believe that a brand like McDonald's could run out of stock on items. If this is the case, then the inventory management staff needs to be addressed for such negligence.

Also the good coupons and discounts are not displayed here from which customers can choose. Those are.only available on their APP, which is again a failure model as this app generates code , which needs to be scan at self ordering kiosk and then go and also deal with the counter also for payment completion towards the order.
