This was our second visit to Zafran, and once again, it did not disappoint. We ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani (Half) and I have to say—it's easily one of the best biryanis I’ve had in a long time. The flavors were perfectly balanced, not overly spicy or greasy, and the rice was aromatic and well-cooked. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the raita complemented the dish beautifully.

It’s an amazing place to satisfy your Biryani cravings. We were to have Mutton biryani but the staff suggested we have Chicken Dum Biryani as it’s the only one available in DUM and their most popular dish. I also wanted to have something like gravy and roti for which they suggested me to try the Zafran special gravy and lachha paratha which really stood out and had amazing flavour.
