BRENDON'S — Restaurant in Goa

WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME TILL DATE think twice before you book First of all they checked us in one hour late, and at the time of checkout they demanded us to check out half hour earlier. Second concern is about there room maintenance the doors are not fully packed which gives a free access to 'LIZARDS' in your room, this happened twice when we complained to the owner the owner handed us the spray and said remove them when you will go out. Same thing with AC, the AC nets were not cleaned the owner removed it cleaned by the housekeeping staff and told me to put it back in the AC.

Major problem is of HOT water we never got the hot water when complained to the staff they said please inform to the owner. This was terrible experience for us

Also room was not clean the ceiling was filled with spider webs with dust which I had posted the photo and there was also a used 'BAND-AID'on the floor Owner ask for money first, they take full amount of money and then only they hand over the keys of the dirty room Also there are two dogs near the room which bark countinuesly at night, and also they poop and pee in there dog house which leads...

The most bad experience ever. We booked family sea view cottage, informed hotel stuff that we will come early morning and they convinced us about room availability etc. In fact room was not ready and we waited few hours with 3 month old kid outside. Finally room was small, very old, dirty! From 3rd time only we got clean bedsheets only… no proper working shower, no balcony. Room placed like a family cottage very small even for 2 people! No any place to keep our clothes etc. Food also was not good and in the end my mom got poisoned with not properly fried chicken at the dinner. Full night was loud music at the restaurant which is directly near that room and even after party finish drunk guest was shouting and screaming outside on beach right in front of our door. Baby was cried, not able to get sleep, we also was not allowed to rest. Even went from there early, scared to stay second night. Nobody return our money or offer another room or something. Beach is cool but it’s not a merit of this hotel. We been at Palolem so many times and first time got such a bad experience with stay. Not recommended, will not step in there...

Almost ruined New Year for us!!!

Stayed from Dec 29 to Jan 01 Room: Sea Breeze Room

The one and only positive... Location...

However the rest... 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ Ok here goes..

Wifi - Never worked for more than 30 seconds properly. Repeatedly connecting and disconnecting

Water in bathroom - Wouldnt drain. Had to be manually pushed into sinkhole

TV- Nope (I guess we missed the amenities list. But cmon even little motels and dorms have TVs these days)

Water in room - Grew older waiting for bucket to fill. Shower was not even an option due to the low pressure

Towel - Were given 1 set upon check in. Same with a bottle of water. 1 for the stay!

Toileteries - 1 bar of Medimix worth 2 Rupees was generously placed on the sink. After the second hand wash, it just stayed there stuck on the sink..

Generator - Non existent. So.. No back up for water, lights etc.

Service - Some staff ok.. some not qualified to be in hospitality

Credit card machine - Was not available/working during the whole stay

Never going back! Heard similar complaints from other guests at the hotel. Highly recommend you stay away from...
