Coyote Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

Not sure why, but this was much better than I expected. The food ( prawns wrapped in bacon then deep fried, chicken cafrael and then a slice of lemon cheesecake was really, really good, with the chicken cafrael being the stand out dish.

Service was very good and, though the vibe of the place is probably mostly catered towards Brits on holiday, it was a really nice atmosphere.

I think I ate at Coyote many years ago when it was on the main beach road and was fairly underwhelmed, but everything this evening...

Serving staff/owner was rude from the moment we walked in. After the appetizer we didn’t get anyone to come and take the order. I tried to waive to get the attention but no luck. We asked the guy serving drinks to get someone to take our food order, still nothing. Then the guy comes back to ask if he can take the menu away, I said no, we need to order. Poor customer service and arrogant staff..do not accept any ways of payment except cash and if cross question them they will become arrogant and they will threaten you by calling local police..and will tell you this is how they work in Goa...sad to see this that these kind of people are not supporting the big change Modi ji are trying to bring .. attaching copy of bill which has no TIN number ..that means these guys are not even paying...
