Sangolda Bistro and Bar — Restaurant in Goa

Ah! Abraso - me and my wife love this place, the chef - Debbie is amazing, she brings so much passion and balance in her food. She brings a lot of authenticity to the food, whether it's fish of the day, meat, pastas, pizzas or burgers. (There's more to the menu and they keep improving it!)

We had a chance to ask the chef to cook us something different than what's on the menu and she honoured us with amazing food every single time. Debbie I still can't forget the two different types of fish of the day you prepared for us - also the pastas you made for us in our last week in Goa!

The appetizers, the entrees - are very carefully planned and are simply amazing. I love their cocktails as well, try their Fennirita, if you get a chance. In fact every aspect of this restaurant - from its logo to seating is beautifully orchestrated.

The place is so homey, amazing ambience, sometimes it feels like having dinner at a close friend's house. Joe (the co owner) makes sure that everyone in the restaurant feel at home and enjoy their food. He always stops in afor a chat, making sure everyone is having a good time Also, they have amazing singers at time and sometimes their guests turned karaoke singers are awesome as well!

Every time I go there, I see the crowd just enjoying their evening - something you don't see in every restaurant. The next time you are in North Goa, you must try this place - you are in...

Finally we have a good place to go for a good meal in our area ( Sangolda, Porvorim). This pace has just opened in September and I would definitely reccomend, for a nice cozy meal

The service and the owners interaction tops the happiness quotient for me and my wife, at any place ...of course if that comes along with some good food and ambience, then these places win our hearts. . Nice retro and new age music in the background was a topper for us.. Abraco has it all for us

Parking available only for 2 to 3 cars, but again they have valet service...so that's not an issue at all.

We went here twice in 2 weeks and loved our experience.

I found a new fish thali find in Sangolda! Since the thalis here in my part of the world (Saligao - Sangolda) are so few and I’ve had them all dozens of times, it was a refreshing change to walk into this spot. Located in a lane that’s easy to miss (so put your GPS on), this family run restaurant is simple and well done up, making it a nice place for a meal with friends and family.

Their prawn and crab thalis are wholesome, but they also have a menu of great Goan food ranging from tisreo pulao to chicken cafreal, rava fried mushrooms to fried seafood and more. The restaurant is one of the few that’s open until the early hours of the morning so if you ever find yourself in Sangolda late at night, this is a cozy and...
