I have been to other Dominos food outlet in Goa and this one is definitely not maintained. The hygiene level is extremely low. There were literally flies roaming around and the tables weren't clean properly. Upon asking them to clean they said they would and came back to do that after 10 minutes even though they were doing nothing at all. No proper sanitization is done while cleaning the tables. The worse part is after my order arrived it felt very odd, like I said I've been to other outlets and from that it's pretty clear that I know what I eat and how it tastes. The pizza were off, the stuffed garlic bread too but then I thought maybe I'm just overthinking it. Within a couple of hours when I got home, I felt sick. I was down with diarrhea, and it was bad! I had suffered with that for 2 days and its definitely the stuff I ate there because I did not eat anything after that. Also, when I ordered I asked for a room temperature bottled water and upon the agreement of the person taking the order accross the counter, I ordered it. When the food was ready the manager of the outlet gave a chilled bottled water. When told that we want room temperature he denied it and said we don't have. Only when we explained to him that we asked if there was before ordering did he go inside and get one. It was really surprising to see this kind of behaviour from the manager of the outlet. I am hoping this review reaches out to them and they work on themselves and not tarnish the image...
Read moreI visited the Domino's Pizza recently at Panjim, and while the food measured up to the usual standard maintained by Domino's, on the whole, it was a disappointed experience. First of all, I found that it was not as clean as it should have been. It didn't feel hygienic at all; this made me very reluctant to dine inside. If you're going to eat here, I would recommend takeaway. Another downside was that there wasn't a proper menu screen. You don't have the nice display of options in front of you; you have to rely on the staff to tell you what is available, which can be a hassle if you don't know the menu or would like to see everything laid out. Ambiance was sort of a letdown, too. The place really does give off the feeling that, you know, it's a very old building vibe, which some would like, but it didn't turn me on. It doesn't have that fresh and modern outlook you would want from a Domino's outlet, and overall, not a very photogenic spot at all. If you're looking for photo ops or just to be in an aesthetically-pleasing environment, this isn't it. The pizza itself tasted like what I would normally expect from any Domino's, so nothing to complain about there. But the environment really wasn't much to my liking, and I feel this particular store could use some work on their cleanliness...
Read moreThis is probably the worst ambience and the most dangerous building for any international franchise! Being located in the capital city of Goa, which is the identity and hotspot for domestic and international tourists, this outlet is a disgrace to the city and the Domino's! The concrete ceiling at the entrance is falling off, the front looks awful, the false ceiling inside is bent down, the wash basin looks like it was picked up from a poorly maintained public washroom, lights are flickering, tables aren't cleaned up. The attendant is usually not present at the counter (probably multitasking) and no call out on order being ready. There exists an everyday put up 'Happy Birthday' board made out of thermocol from the 90's perhaps to remind you of your birthday decor from that era! The only good thing is the Pizza, rest everything in and...
