Worst experience of Palolem Holiday..
My partner and I, occumpanied by 6 others sat down for dinner here. Live music was playing and at first glance the ambience seemed enjoyable. Drinks were OK however they did not have peach daiquri cocktail after already ordering so had to settle for mango. Drinks took a long time and mine was very syrupy and not up to scratch compared to other places in Palolem. Upon ordering food me and my partner decided to go for the chicken jalfrezi, aloo, naan and rice. As far as we were concerned a very straight forward dish to pass in a kitchen. This was not the case as the dishes came out much later, atleast 15mins after the rest of the tables food. But that was just one dish!! We waited 5 to 10 minute intervals for the rest of the dishes by which then food was cold and had been surrounded by bugs so naturally we sent back our food. Notably the chicken was rubbery and low standard and other members of the table had sent back their chicken meals as they were "inedible". Server could not understand our concerns and we were handled poorly.
