I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff during my visit to McDonald's, Calangute, today at dinner time. The individual at the billing counter, Avinash, displayed a shocking lack of knowledge about the menu and an utterly dismissive attitude towards customer inquiries.

When I inquired about a burger of my choice, he rudely responded with, "Lena hai to lo, warna dusre jagah dekho," which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, he bluntly stated that I had to collect my order from the counter myself, disregarding the standard table service protocol. This was despite the fact that there were hardly 10 customers inside, and the staff had no significant workload.

To make matters worse, the rest of the team seemed equally indifferent, with no effort to provide a pleasant dining experience. Their lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills is a disgrace to the McDonald's brand, which I once respected.

Today’s experience was enough to ensure that I will NEVER visit McDonald's again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. It’s disheartening to see that McDonald’s has stooped to such low standards by hiring untrained and disrespectful staff who have no regard for customer satisfaction.

It's fantastic and fabulous they have everything for everyone, They have the self ordering kiosk which is not even available in all McDonald's of Mumbai and suburban places so it was fun and eventually great to see all there products on the touch screen big display and order it hassle free then you can pay by card at kiosk and if you don't want to you can pay by cash at counter Also it's like they have taken care of all your needs like if you are coming directly from Baga Beach or calgunte beach you can wash your feet which got dirty by sand on beach they have sensor hand drying machine which is easy to use plus they have co-operative staff which helps you to get along with all the application and facilities they Provide plus I was running LOW IN BATTERY So I got amused when I seen the innovative charging points on dining table which had all types of charging wire like I can charge with C TYPE cable only so it was also available and in 20 minutes when I finished eating they mobile was charged 33 % which Is sufficient for next one hour till you reach your place so overall I had great technology experience at McDonald's and I liked it too much I hope they will introduce this at every McDonald's available...
